Most of my clients are busy women. They share how working, looking after home and kids, being a taxi driver and main support for family and friends, always there when needed, taking responsibility for everyone and everything, doing it all has “never been a problem before”.
But now it all feels a bit much, they feel exhausted, overwhelmed and judge themselves for “not being able to handle it all” and for complaining.
The next thing they tell me is that they have a good life, a good husband, great kids, they love their work, and ashamed because they believe they “should be grateful”, but they don’t have time or energy to enjoy it.
I help women get their life back, to understand what is happening to them, why they feel as they do. That it is normal to love what you have and yet not enjoy it. Because you can have it all but if it doesn’t meet a primary human need or align with key values then it can get messy quick especially during times of change because it can feel so out of our control.
There is plenty we can do to help ourselves but first we need awareness, knowledge, understanding and skills that most of us have never been taught or been lucky enough to observe in key care givers or other key figures over our lives.
I am a Certified Life Coach who has been where you are, there is no homework, no course, all you need to do is show up curious, open and willing to start.

At a minimum you get what you need to take the first step/s to a better feeling experience and a light at the end of the tunnel.
You and only you get to decide what is best for you. In our coaching sessions you are fully supported in a way that allows you to build self-efficacy and confidence, to believe in yourself.
You will gain key skills, and supported application, receiving one on one coaching and personally relevant work sheets, and if you want it your sessions can be videoed so you can relax knowing you can always re watch it to jog your memory and consolidate any learning.
You will quickly begin to experience a sense of getting your life back on track, gaining confidence and direction.
