You know how woman hit somewhere between 30 - 60 years old and begin to question themselves in a way they have never done before, it is usually triggered by a significant birthday or other external event or change.
Anxiety hits an all-time high and overwhelm and a sense of urgency begins creeping in. Enjoying the things you used to is rare and it can feel like time is running out.
Women have always been busy, and it's never been a problem before, working, looking after home and kids, being a taxi driver and main support for family and friends, always there when needed, taking responsibility for everyone and everything.
But now it all feels a bit much, you feel exhausted, often many women go to the doctor, and are offered anti-depressants or told its stress, causing further feelings of helplessness or self judgement for “not being able to handle it all”.
I help women navigate the reality of the changes that hit them during this time of life, I call it “the messy middle”.
There is plenty we can do to help ourselves but first we need the awareness, knowledge and skills that most of us have never been taught.
I am a Certified Life Coach who has been where you are and wants to help, there is no homework, no course, all you need to do is show up.
Clients often share they feel better even after just having a 20 minute “let’s talk” with me. They feel calmer as they realise what is happening is normal and they can see a way through.
